Information We Collect

When you contact ABAN or submit a project, we receive the information you provide. The preliminary form collects project identity, owner or sponsor, location, sector, stage, progress, financial estimates, requirements and overview, together with your name, position, organization, business email, telephone or WhatsApp and optional website and introductory document. The detailed upload route collects project name, contact name, organization, business email, the completed memorandum and an optional note.

How Information Is Used

ABAN uses this information to review the project or partnership inquiry, identify relevant requirements and respond through the contact details supplied.

Project Submissions

Provide only information and documents you are authorized to share. Initial submissions should contain a suitable overview. Detailed confidential or commercially sensitive material should follow an appropriate subsequent review process. Accepted uploads are PDF or Word (.docx), up to 5 MB per document.

Information Sharing

Form submissions and attached documents are emailed to info@abanprojects.com. Relevant project information may be shared with suitable parties as discussions progress through an agreed review process. An upload is not a public project listing.

Data Security

Please do not submit passwords, bank credentials or identity documents through these forms. Email and online transmission cannot provide absolute confidentiality. Retention and further review arrangements can be discussed with ABAN; no fixed retention period is represented here.

External Services

This website uses WordPress and Contact Form 7, together with website hosting and email services. Contact Form 7 temporarily handles uploaded files for email attachment and removes the temporary copies after processing. Email copies are handled by the business mailbox and its email service. The contact form is not configured as a public document repository.

You can ask ABAN about information you have supplied or request a correction or deletion through the contact route below. Please identify the relevant inquiry without sending additional sensitive documents.
